How it Works

The best place to start explaining how the journal works is to start with why it was created. At this point we've all heard of the law of attraction. Something we saw working for so many but not in our own world, why? After months of learning and personal development we discovered a few key reoccurring themes from people who were seeing the results of the law of attraction. Those elements were having belief  in yourself, gratitude  for your life, and a strong clear  vision  for your future. We found that the most effective way to apply these techniques is with a daily journaling practice!
